545 Angels still in need in Jonesboro!

6268365880_1d185c9d80_zMore than 11,000 kids in metro Atlanta will receive gifts this year as our annual Angel Tree Gift Program kicks off, but over 500 children could be left without gifts to open on Christmas day.

There are 545 Angels in Clayton and Fayette Counties that have not been adopted in this year’s program. While Salvation Army leaders remain optimistic, they are desperately hoping that the community will pull together to provide Christmas gifts for these children.

If you’re interested in adopting an Angel in Clayton/Fayette Counties, here’s what you can do:

  • Visit the Salvation Army Jonesboro Corps office at 130 Spring St between 10 AM and 4 PM Monday through Thursday
  • Call 770-940-2010 for more information

Angel Tree gifts are due back to the Jonesboro Citadel Corps by Monday, December 16. For more information about the Angel Tree Gift Program, please visit www.angeltreeatlanta.org.
